Revenue of $2M per quarter and they are paying interest on what $852K over 240 months at 5.2%? That is a very insignificant amount..Maybe you should look at investing in this horse as well....

That interest rate over 12 months is the equivalent of a bank giving an 18 year old with a coke habit $50k unsecured at 15% to go to ibiza with and pay it back in 12 months.
