One of the problems is that new people come to the board and ask a question. The question is answered and they leave. Next new person comes and asks same question...rinse repeat...after answering same question 50+ times, regulars get sick of it and don’t answer. Then, next new person comes along and asks same question...no one answers...new person gets annoyed, gets bee in bonnet, jumps on high horse and goes on mission to educate regulars on being open minded. Regulars roll eyes, newbie gets even more annoyed. Rinse repeat.
