pending.. my contact said talks orginally happened when the stock dipped to 1.20 but then as commodities declined it was not looking good. Now there could be a little wait but the price of the takeover wont be as high as the 1.50 offer they were going to do... Probs 1.00 but still waiting as china economy is uncertain...
We shall see soon. Contact said the ann should have been monday unless they are scrapping or postponing..
