Ok I've been following WPL pretty closely.
I think it's chart is really interesting.
Here's the three year chart - support line is obvious
Here's the one month chart - bounced intraday off of 35.40ish three times.
Does this represent a true rejection of 35, and therefore be a bullish sign? How does one define rejection of a price?
I've been buying below 37 and selling over 41...
If 35 is breached, will get stopped out
for the chartists
