The point to note is that - any cost overruns are only going to be truly known once the plant is majority built... If the plant is almost built that signals that we are not too far from production.... In turn, the SP should be reflecting that and raising additional capital if required, for cost overrun would be a lot more straight forward with the finish line i.e. production in sight...
We all know how profitable it will be once in production by the numbers.
