They are still talking with a few Co's in India. Perhaps one day we will be fortunate. The Indian coal and steel industries are beating their own drums and chests praising themselves for increased local coal production and steel making. To me that equals more co2 emissions. To me that means a need to use technology to assist in controlling and reducing those emissions. Perhaps. One day. Maybe....
