Yes I agree with your sentiments but am comfortable holding around this level.

Looking at co anns since I got in, I do not think there is a plan to keep us in the dark. I think that is how the co operates. You have to look at the anns and "join them up" yourself. But I think they will have to provide an overall plan at some point in time. Hope that is soon(ish)!!
