I too interpreted it to be down 37% for the 5 week period. (not YTD). I didn't hear anything on this morning's call that suggested a capital raise was going to be necessary. Future rents will be lower. The negotiated reduced rents for the shutdown period are permanent. It's a challenging period to be sure, but not a business ending situation.
