    assuming 6% average Bank Bill through 2012, and exchange 30 Jun 2012, I estimate rate of return around 46% PER ANNUM. if PPX is taken over prior to that date, return would be SUBSTANTIALLY higher as this would consititute trigger event which would require redemption.
