I don't believe ASX is able to delist ISX as they are unable to prove any breach of the listing rules that would warrant delisting they can't delist a company based on what they have produced so far and nor do I believe ASIC would allow it.

Today's correspondence from ASX shows they have no interest in resolving the situation the sooner ASIC step in and sort this out the better.
