flight centres underlying business model was customer loyalty....until they decided to try to take advantage of (get greedy) those people that by no actions of the own had there flights cancelled by an airline, and then charged huge fees for by flight centre for doing a sh**house job of looking after their customers. and than to backflip on this.....the damage is done,,,this company has just signed its own death warrant. none will ever trust it again,
