Yes Gotham it is true we don’t know what was suppressed in court! I believe it is correct to say ISX have been asked to provide information under the ASX listing rules? I also believe the ASX takes the view the market has not been fully informed about the key contracts and go onto say in section 11.4 of today’s announcement that ISX should be clearly disclosing this information to the market without lengthy ASX letters. Now to me that seems to support ASX will be within their rights to remove ISX because they are unable/unwilling to comply with the listing rules! How can we defend this?
