What makes you say that today's announcement means nothing? It clearely states the payment date and it clearely states that this information WILL apply in respect to next scheduled payment. To me this means that payment has been confirmed. I remember reading similar conversations last payment when the company clearly stated the payment details. This payment has been provisioned for and it will be made. I just wish I had some more spare cash around.
