I'll reiterate to @bluesamurai , lot of companies are raising capital just to get by, or even opportunistic CR, but exploration & development company with stable growth like COB has been patience with all move that it makes, CR now with such low SP will only affect COB SP growth in near future. Strong management been looking opportunities every where. I'm invested already, I might buy more. this year is already so much to look forward to.
