Just like when too many buy 1 stock, for example look at POS a year or so ago when Andrew Forest came on board, it attracked a larger than normal interest in the number of people buying the stock and thus a bubble formed which popped once they stoped buying.
housing market is no differet, more than normal people started investing in property this decade, because of that there was a shortage and the price went up.
So who are the sellers? mostly property investors.
what do the sellers become? - what do you mean? they just sell their ivnestment property, my bet is they will buy the cheap stocks.
