Tranche B ex upon production of the 100,000th ounce of gold between Oct 08 and Dec 09.
Interesting basically means if it reaches nameplate then they are in the money. Rather reasonable.
Tranche C seem tied to the fact that if the above happens then share price should be 70 cents. Although these seem to have to have no time limit on them
I find the vesting date in the vent of change of control wording suggesting there could be a real chance of a takeover??
Caruso - The free ones are over the top (4,750,000)for MC, 1,000,000 for the other blokes !!!
Steemson - Last time i looked he was selling. Why the change of heart?
Lowrie - Seems he wants to replace his options that are coming due in December at 40 and 44 cents. Be interesting to see how these pan out for him
