As a scientist this is a disappointing result and the SP is reacting unrealistically based on an uneducated punt.
A 1-log kill is pretty useless. When you look at the other covid related killing agents - ZNO, HCT, there is a 4 log inactivation. Thats a 1000X more effective.
The research institution testing is also probably not an accredited institute to do these types of test???? but i cant tell.
