    Quick question re tax

    All the losses incurred over the last few years. Are these carried forward so that the first few mill of profits are tax free, or with the structure changing are these losses confined to the old entity and lost//

    I am a chartered accountant and I guess I look at this every day..

    Maybe a good question to bring up at AGM for anyone that turns up
