tcisboss....not picking on penny....... he is often telling us we are stupid....prices are going to fall...buy penny dreadfuls etc...get out of property...typically bearish...
what is annyoying is the figures he comes up with... for building costs today...comparison with the US markets and finance industry...etc
him and his mates....think they are more in it for the attention....I dont mind debates at all...but get real with the figures...
anyway there are plenty of prop market bears sites..where he can find a heap of friends with similar ideas to his
