well given he is a long time very successful fund manager and unlike you made his fortune and others he has managed funds for i would have thought his insights would be valuable. personally if i find such people putting their own money into investments such as rec after no doubt doing due diligence that is a really big tick for the company as he has a strong advisement position in asia and a wide set of contacts with hnw’s there one could reasonably expect that they might follow his positioning
i would have thought the more insightful question should have been how much does he own of rec and how did you ascertain that? cheers
