Great guy. Excellent speaker, good rags-to-riches story. Guilty of getting greedy and a minimum of complete ignorance, but most likely involvement in the (series of) scams. Even if he wasn't involved with Adler from the murky beginning I'd suggest he sold out somewhere along the way.
Of course, thats only speculation and it's up to the courts to decide. It wouldn't stop me buying him a beer.
