No , the opportunity to aquire shares for RI only applies to existing holders and at the rate of 1 share for every 11 held . This is capped at 5million dollars worth I believe , The other 15 million dollars worth of shares is offered to Funds and sofisticated investors . The reason it’s been done like this is so no prospectus needs to be drawn up approved and issued . Most RI who don’t hold and don’t qualify as a sofisticated investor can only aquire shares of the board . It appears there are quite a few RI who must be impressed with the presentation given the movement on the board today . The fact the SP has held up even with the 9c offer make me think the 20 mill that OSL are trying to raise will eventuate even in this poor market
