    Quoted. Michael spake thus;

    "I don’t mean to be a down ramper but I was an investor of MKY. I bailed out due to several reasons:

    1: the name change never happened early this year as stated in an announcement from 07
    2: Results were always delayed & hyped up which ended up disappointing
    3: the lack of communication from the board of directors with Email's & announcing news etc

    its down at 0.009 for a reason besides market sentiment!"

    My advise to you boy would be to stick to spray-painting.

    1: Would you honestly judge a company on their ability to stick to a timeline for such a minor matter as a name change?

    If you could for a moment put yourself in a position, in a company with a handful of employees - answerable to a few thousand shareholders, a few of which are rabid enough who feel the need to pass judgement on everything from colour of furnishings or the newish logo...pretty small issues in the greater scheme of things!

    2:1 Results were delayed - yes they were. Soon after the initial announcement of schedule, a second followed suggesting delays, again, if you had a broader view of commerce you would appreciate that many things are outside of any single entities control. Let's say you promised a customer her car will be spray-painted and ready on Monday, you've put an order in for the paint, but come Monday your supplier calls and says the 2pac (shakur - respect...not!) you ordered won't be in 'til Wednesday...you have an un-happy customer, but it's not 'your' fault is it?, but in un-happy mums mind you're still the c*ck.

    2:2 Hype and dissapointment. WE (the rabid minority of share holders) are responsible for all the hype. The company make an announcement...that's it! We are the ones who interpret and analyse that information and the ones that get gooey and talk it through every position possible, our feelings are not the companies concern. Contrary to popular belief, we do not own the company. This needs to be understood, and I would suggest you look into company listing rules, this is a crucial piece of information that will pacify anxious shareholders, a realisation, maybe a comforting motherly touch if that's your thing - to help sooth your soul. If you buy in wanting quick results that don't eventuate, how can you blame the company?

    3: I feel they've announced what information they have available to them in a timely manner, again, my view of things obviously differs from yours. I've stated before on companies replying to every email they recieve and what a waste of time that is. Think about it for a minute, let's say you're all suited up to re-spray the rear gaurd on that same ladies car after she's used it as a parking guide, and the phone rings, it's her..she wants to know how much the tyres on the courier van that delivered the paint cost, would you honestly feel the need to respond? lets say her friends start ringing too! I feel companies do well to acknowledge some shareholders at all.

    0.009: Sentiment/Hype will always be the fatter uglier sister of fundamentals unfortunately. This is a penny stock that should be a punt only for those that appreciate the early stage MKY are at. I feel they has shown it has more than spec value, my opinion - not fact for you to act on.

    Someone mentioned the three P's of confidence in business, I think that's a good summation.

    DISCLAIMERS:
    Fat with stock...winters/springs been good grazing.
    My target price has always been fifteen cents. That stands.
    I feel others are able to convey the announcements better than myself so I don't comment often.
    Best wishes to those that are in for the longer term.

    MKY, well worth a punt.
