Forget consumer confidence, just look at the forex. That tells you if the cash is being stashed under the bed or into resources. Since our market closed our dollar has gone up 7%.
That's a lot! So the resource bulls are back for the moment at least. With Ben Bernanke cutting rates in the US tonight maybe the bulls will keep running this time.
