Did any one look through the report?
I had a look and was really impressed.
Whilst they have reduced the forecast 09 divvie they have done it through reduction in what income they pay out rather than due to a reduction in the income they are receiving. (according to the report)
Basically they are holding back cash to cover capex for forecast maintenance and forecast incentive payments. (thats they way I read it)
Also at current prices the div is a shade under 10%.
One of the best REIT investments at the moment is my call.
