I'm new here, and hold shares in WEB. I've been very surprised though with the fact that their share prices gone to 3. Does anyone realise that their market capitalisation almost doubled after the cap raise, and so the same 1 share after the cap raise buys you only half of what that same 1 share would buy you before the cap raise. In other words, in the time of absolute uncertainty, the company managed to go from approx 350mil in market cap, to about 1billion now. Because of all the new shares issued to bankers at bargain prices, my current shares got diluted and their real value diminished. However, the company overall jumped in price (market cap) to a billion. So from that perspective how can it possibly grow in its market cap even further? Isn't that a ridiculous situation to see a company grow in market cap when the crisis is continuing and nothing has actually changed? Doesn't that put enormous pressure on the share price - to naturally drive the overall market cap down to pre-raise levels?
