Listeners, these are trying times. We need to come together and hold each other close. Just tonight we shared bread with a young and perky female friend of my daughter who was concerned about her employment and her future and I, being an elder in our community, reassured her that all was not what the media portrayed it to be. Sure, these could be the worst of times but they must be balanced against the best of times. What goes around comes around. She understood. She needed reassurance so I hugged her and held her close.
