Yes, I thought low oil prices would provide a boost to interest in HCD, but the opposite seems to have happened based on the comments provided with the capital raise reasoning. If the tests and trials were getting excellent results, you'd think some orders would be starting to happen by now instead of being pushed out on the never-never.
