So cryptic question posed = If US owed themselves Quadrillions in printing press money issued and with that they purchased 90% of the worlds gold. Question = would US be seen as wealthy??? If you borrow from yourself then is it what debt? is there any obligations,rule breaches, consequences, avoidances?
