I have seen Hartleys decimate stocks after credit raises so am wary again (without downramping), heck I even saw a stock where they issued a broker report and yet started selling into the plebs who were infactuated with it and their price targets. But in the end it's irrelevant it is Hartley's, it could vary well be any other broker with cheapies. same story

i would like to think but doubt these sort of unethical activities are brought to the light of the common investor
