It is like a part payment of a share. Like paying in instalments. Once fully paid, they convert into ord shares
I will be taking up the rights issue. 10c now for a 1 in ten in bugger all cash. In 12mths if the share is only 20c well lets just say I would have sold by then....
Still a firm believer in this one.
I think market with be blessed with initial sales volumes numbers before the agm
