Not sure if anyone holds here but seems awfully quiet.
Valuation seems great at the moment.
$2 billion cash + 62% ownership of REA when REA went up = $9.2 billion in assets which is the MCAP. That means you get Realtor/Move/WSJ/The Australian/MarketWatch/Barrons/HarperCollins/Foxtel/Kayo and many others for FREE.
There is a bit of work to do but I see all of their online assets have had large traffic increases so there is a lot of upside there. Foxtel has downside but that's largely priced in. I'm in.
