Yes ok I see, but what I mean by a "small piece of land" is that its got its mining site and we know all the major features that are in it and quantity, there would have to be some major discovery that could boost earnings by like 5-20c per a share before KCN will be forced to move.
The public does realise the value in KCN, its not in a development stage, we all know what KCN has, there are no surprises around the corner, this is why KCN will not move much higher and at the same time lower as it is already valued, people know what it is worth.
