According to Managing Director, Nigel Ferguson:

“This week’s release of our highly positive Definitive Feasibility Study has
generated significant interest from a wide range of investors and potential
financiers, and I am confident we will secure the necessary short term funding as
well as longer-term debt and equity finance on highly competitive terms.”

Note: highly competitive terms....This tells me that the financial case of the DFS is very compelling meaning that offtakers/funders will want to see AVZ get up and running ASAP so interest rates will likely be competitive to the mutual benefit of both parties.

Non-Executive Director John Clarke did not buy 1,000,000($63,000) shares of AVZ at 6.3c for nothing.
