I would sell 9%of ADY's share of IO to Wisco then ownership would be
51% ADY 40%Leonardo and 9% Wisco
Payoff outstanding loans wait til Feb, get either cash or rest of Vallener off Leonardo go into jv with Wisco 51/49% Could sell the 50% of production to Shougang or spot
