Agree. It is very unclear what future revenues would be.
I guess if you wanted a valuation you would model it based on your expected scenario (e.g normal traffic after 1 year/2 years/3 years).
2 things that will not change: interest rates (not in the medium term IMHO), and the fact that SYD is a monopoly.
