As a timeline KRR will write to option holders, through the share registry most likely, advising on how to exercise your options, this will in all likelihood happen in June. This letter will also be posted on the ASX.

They will also advise the last day of trading for KRROB, usually about a week before the expiry date to allow for T+2 settlement to go through and people to have time to make the conversion payment or not.

If the share price in mid July is less than 12c then most likely the values of the options will have dropped away to $0.001 with sellers but no buyers.

If the share price is above 12c into July then the options may well be worth a lot more than they are now based on the actual price of KRR.

If say the share price was 15c then you would make 3c profit if you paid the 12c but you may have to pay 4c to buy the option, thus the heads(KRR) are leading the options, the options are in the money.

If you could buy the options for less than the 3c difference then the options are "lagging" the heads and you would make a little more profit ie buy at 2.7c and then make a profit of 3.3c when converted at 12c and the SP was 15c. It will be a daily moving target that you will need to follow closely.

Remember there are approx 412 million options all trying to find a home by the end of July by either conversion or lapsing.

You have time on your hands to see what happens over the next 5 to 6 weeks with your options and you do not need to rush into anything just at this time.
