Prior to this not unexpected cap raise the stock was @ 10 cents.
The stock was also at 10 cents 2 years ago AND 5 years ago.
Assuming your a long term investor, which your regular posting over a very long period of time suggests, where do you see your economic return coming from with your investment in SGQ or do you not require one?.
