I knew a bloke at school like Clarky.
He would walk around going vroom vroom and making steering actions as he powered up and down the stairs etc.
He never passed an exam and probably only scored 1% for spelling his name correctly on the exam paper.
The amazing thing was that (and we overlooked Sydney Harbour) he knew every ship in port or was about to arrive and what its specifications were and what it carried etc.
I was impressed and hope he did achieve a position where his skills were appreciated.
