Well, management reaffirming guidance is bunkum these days. Management's guidance last quarter has been destroyed by this quarter's movements in copper prices. The same will occur in the next quarter, be it up or down or sideways.
I tend to agree with elzephyrus and Baraka - avoid SRL until we see what the wash-out from the copper price implosion is finished. SRL will always have an asset in their 45% share holding of SARL, but if their metal mines start imploding left, right and centre as Baraka seems to be suggesting, then all that is happening is their coal income is being sucked dry by poorly run, shambolic and embarassing metals operations.
