My calculated percentage on SP premium was wrong earlier, sorry, but that doesn't matter.
Currently I'm still a no on the offer. I think ARS is already undervalued, has worked hard til now to - outwardly - the goals shareholders want, is close to proving up, producing, and more exploring. I'd prefer a CR if needed / temporary debt facility be used to pay Notes and upcoming costs.
Negotiation tactics would of course mean that this is a low ball offer. An independent valuation will probably pause other potential offers unless they're really keen. Leases substantially unexplored would give little to the asset side of the balance sheet unfortunately. (Ye olde question of how independent, and how often is the answer known by the questioner?)
No, but I'll wait and see. Low risk holding at the moment, or for buying at this level or a little lower.
