Have to agree with you maglincer, this whole repricing of everything is still very very much in it's infancy.
In 12 months time, we will be asking ''how much lower can house prices and the price of other hard assets go '' but with no real answer.
Obviously, we are going to muddle through the current decade and by the time the next decade comes along, we will be in good shape, the proviso being ''with good government''
