resolution 12

After thinking about things for 24 hours my position has changed a little.I am in favour of incentive bonuses but in this case I am very worried. Being thrust to vote on Resolution 12 without any knowledge of what the dispute is about is morally criminal.This upsets me. Because it directly involves Mr Shortall he has cast dispersion over himself and therefore over the other resolutions.
Coupled with the Waivering of employment conditions I feel vulnerable voting yes to these other resolutions so I really am forced to vote NO. Don`t think the unthinkable cant happen because it can.
As for Resolution 7 Mr Shortall and his TEAM have done the job in the past. All being renumerated by shareholders money. My guess is that Mr Verollet had a large hand in securing the Sanofi deal as Sanofi are located in his back yard. Someone on Hotcopper said they dont give a toss about it all because it was all option related and money will come back to the company. That is only partly correct as Resolution 7 (10 Million free shares) and the dreaded Resolution 12(20 Million free shares) are just that, free.
