Medical Developments International (MVP) uses the name Penthrox to market a device that provides short duration, severe pain relief. The drug used is Methoxyflurane. You may hear of the device referred to as the Green Whistle. You may see it used on Bondi Rescue, Ambulance Emergency shows, football matches, etc.
