"JAT wishes to clarify that statement to make it clear that the Noteholder has agreed to subscribe $1 million in cash. The cash subscription is expected to be received by JAT on or about 20 May 2020."
I think it was a clarification that the $1m had not all ready been received and included in the 4c. Also that it will be received on or about 20th may regardless of approval of shares for reimbursement . Nothing new here.
