Takeovers are always based on a fair valuation of prospect's resource and supporting assets.

The SP is just a by product of the valuation of a company divided by the SOI. They could easily consolidated the shares say 4/1.

Depends what your investment strategy is, if it is just to short term trade, probably not the best to be holding onto MDI, you are only going to get frustrated as you are looking for the next overnight mutli bagger.

If you can see bigger picture, we will either be mining or taken over, both will be yielding you high multiples of where the current SP & MC is.

The announcements have been nothing but fantastic and all heading into the right direction of recommissioning the processing plant.
