I recently replied saying I am interested but can’t afford much. I am a 77 year old grandmother and the reason why I cant afford much is because 88e have financially broken and ruined me (but it’s my own fault). I have lost an eastern suburbs Sydney home to them and now, for the first time in my life am forced to rent. Hindsight is 100% accurate.
