01-Apr-2020 EUR market update.
“Further to our announcement on 5 March 2020 regarding the Winance finance facility and 30 December 2019 regarding the debt facility introduced by Helvetican, the Company advises it is in communication with both parties who have confirmed their commitment to finalsing these transactions.”
Both parties are committed to finalizing these transactions?????
So it appears that Helvetican want to proceed and Winance want to be paid out?
Or do both parties want to lend EUR a really big truck load of money? (Rhetorical question)
EUR announced it was going to use Helvetican to pay out Winance! And then when Helvetican didn’t come through EUR apply to draw down a further A$2M from Winance! (Probably with the tail between the legs)
There seems to be a bit of mumbo jumbo “director’s speak” when all anns are read together.
I can understand why EUR ain’t got no money and now the unknown reason for Stephan’s departure seem to be known.
rdncoic, as a penny stock trader, wot u tink?
