Yes Snacks and Raks,

We have probably been venting our frustration and anger too much.....

Personally, I would like MS to "redeem" himself... maybe he could explain some of the Global placements stuff.... maybe not... where some monies are.....

Something of value provided by one party to another. For example, a person might provide an idea or labor to a business in exchange for shares of ownership.


By the letter of the law and typical chain of events, shareholders are at the bottom of the economic food chain.

Personally, I think the laws need to be changed, so that shareholders are given more consideration in recognition of the "consideration" they give for their "share".....

On the other end of the chain, directors and such, in my books, have no rights to help themselves to OPM..... this is the BIG problem with much of the financial world..... in a private company, a director stuffs up, they are very much accountable, probably because it's their own dollars on the line.

In public companies.... well, performance bonuses, free options, golden parachutes..... in the US it's 10 times worse.... SAY NO MORE.... IT IS SO WRONG !!!


In a nutshell, for CVI and MS, redeem yourself and give consideration to shareholders.....

I somehow, despite all the "apparent" happenings I seem to like the MS guy that I met.... maybe I was just "charmed".
