It doesn’t matter to me if the SPP is over or undersubscribed for. I have taken up the offer in super and outside of it. SP lowest for 20 years, and has fallen some 50% in a few months.
I like the fact that institutions oversubscribed for QBE at $8.25 and retail will get shares for,about $7.60.
Sure, shares MAY fall further but it’s all about your entry and exit price, long term. Easy 50% gain possible from these levels ( valuations range from $10 -$13) and reasonable guarantee that dividends 5%+ will be paid. I like the fact also that QBE has derisked its portfolio going forward too
